Ralf J. Schlaefer
has worked on large internet- and software solutions highly successfully all throughout his career. He started out in 1983 programming applications on 68000 CPU systems for Apple and Atari ST/TT and developed one of the most successful user code extensions for the programming language Omikron Basic. Ralf published several books marking mile stones in the world of IT. Early on he worked for several well-known companies, providing his insight and expertise to invent and improve process control systems, programs for analysis and quality assurance (DIN ISO 9001). Ralf complemented his skills with avocational studies in automatization and data processing, a degree that paved way for his future career. In 2003, Ralf decided to open his own company, working for many well-known companies. One of them was SCHILLINGER (BDU), where he programmed the known World Directory MEDICAL DISTRIBUTORS. 2013 he finally joined the SCHILLINGER team to focus fully on the world of virtual consulting. His latest master piece is the SCHILLINGER iEXPO. His expertise was crowned with two of the most important rewards Germany has to offer: Innovation Reward 2007 for “Online Marketing” and “Content Management” honored by the “Initiative Mittelstand” (initiative of medium-sized companies of Germany).
